Privacy Policy

Mabla & Son Handyman Services Inc (“Mabla & Son”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at mablaandson.com and the private client project portal on it. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Who we are

What we collect
When you contact us or ask for a quote. Your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property where work is needed, and whatever you choose to tell us about the job. You provide this directly — by phone, by email, or through a form on the site.
When you use the client portal. The portal is invite-only; we create your access from the email address we already hold for your job. When you sign in with a one-time email link, we process your email address to send the link and create your session. When you sign in with “Sign in with Google”, Google sends us your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier — we never receive your Google password, and we request nothing from Google beyond your basic profile and email address.
Your project content. Photos, videos, notes and messages attached to your job — taken by our crew and, where that is enabled for your job, uploaded by you.
Automatically. A cookie that keeps you signed in, a cookie that remembers your language choice, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) retained short-term for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Google user data
Data received through “Sign in with Google” (your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID) is used only to authenticate you and identify your account within the portal. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with anyone except the infrastructure providers listed below that operate the portal on our behalf. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How we use what we collect
- To respond to quote requests and to schedule and carry out the work you ask for.
- To operate your portal account and show you your project.
- To send job-related email — invitations, and notifications about your project.
- To keep records of work performed.
- To secure the site and investigate misuse.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, to run the site and the portal:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Mabla & Son, our customers or the public.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests that do not become jobs: 〔e.g. 12 months〕, then deleted.
- Job records and project content: kept for the life of the customer relationship and for 〔e.g. 4 years〕 afterward for warranty, tax and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
- Server logs: 〔e.g. 30–90 days〕.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can email quotes@mablaandson.com to ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy; ask us to correct it; ask us to delete it (we will, unless we must keep it for a legal or contractual reason, which we will explain); or ask us to stop sending you non-essential email. We will respond within 30 days and will not treat you differently for making a request. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional statutory rights, those rights also apply.
Children
The site and portal are for adults arranging property work. They are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and providers who maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date. Significant changes affecting portal users will also be sent by email.
